I'm looking for a 150 or 175 to replace a blown 1987 XR2. Would consider a good 2.0 powerhead. Price must be reasonable.

Hey Don---might know where a 200 hp mercury is :?: when I went to buy my new one , he wanted to sell me a used 1999 model ,I think,($4000)--- if you are interested, call Andy, ---(706) 283-7800--(72 Marine) or you may want to look on the Bass Boat Central site, they have several used motors listed in their forums section and one was a 1990 150hp Mercury XR4 Black Max (short shaft) with all controls and oil box (stainless 3 blade prop, 19 in. pitch included, for $1500, it needs a tilt/trim pump--located in Texas (you pay shipping)---good luck-------Monk
