Plate needs repairs. Cost $450 new, but I'll move it for $75 or best offer.

Seaark, this is a manual jack plate, but it is not the box style, rather it slides in slots. It's is difficult to describe the repair needed. I considered having a plate welded to it before trying to sell it, but decided not. The component which attaches to the transom is brand new. I'll see if I can have my wife photgraph it with her digital and send you photo if that would be helpful.

Depends on what you are trying to accomplish. I have to have one on my boat beuse there is no lip on the washout of the transomo mount the engine. If you are trying to optimize draft and performance, the hydraulic gives you more control options. All depends on your hull, engine height, etc...
