Midlands Hunting Retriever Club will be having it's monthly Training Day in Trenton, SC next Saturday (the 17th) at the 'Hay Field'. Any and all members are encouraged to come out and enjoy the friendship of fellow members and companyment of their dogs. We will be there all day or as long as there is people wanting to train.

Anybody that might be interested in joining the Midlands Club feel free to contact me and I'll be glad to get you signed up so you too can come and enjoy time well spent with your retriever.

Truthfully .............. every day.

If a handler doesn't learn anything everytime he goes out to train, then he has not better himself as a dog handler or trainer.

Same for the dog, if they didn't learn anything everytime they go out, then you've wasted your time and the dog's talent.

Hey 391, where are you???? I know that it's been hot and all, but hunting season is just around the corner. When is Midland's next training day or trail? Looking to get involved and get me a bird hunting / boat riding companion! Looking for a black or yellow lab. And some helpful training advice.
