i went out fishing this past week. only my 2nd time fishing the icw both were with a guide. caught a lot of little fish. i wanted to get on some reds. so i ask the capt. about it he said that the best red fishing was nov-dec in the icw. could someone tell me if hes telling the truth or trying to drum up busines when when it gets slow 4 him. i have no reason not to belive him but i dont want to waste the money and a couple of good deer hunting days for on a wasted trip.

That's when we go fishing to the Outer Banks for red drum... I have seen lots of the big ones caught 3rd week of Nov.

Stripers too.
