water pump went out and alarm didnt sound until after motor popped..........
motor was running strong until the overheat

heads might have warped from the overheat

I have not removed any parts from this motor. you get everything but the prop and jackplate

the lower unit is in good shape, minor cosmetic damage but nothing paint couldnt fix.
powerpacks are fairly new.
new stator
boysen reeds
its all there, just blown...

will sell the complete outboard for $850 or $1,000 with the prop and jackplate

Price reduced... first offer of $550 cash takes it home. I will even throw in the power tilt/trim pumps, and help you load it up. Someone could really come out well on this motor if they sold the foot and parts separately. these lower units go for almost 500 on eBay all the time.
