I would like to apologize to all of the members of this site for my posting recently. I know many of them have been entirely to long and many of them have rubbed some people wrong and I was totally out of line. I have always been out spoken about issues as most of you know and one of my main problems is Government State and Federal and the Supreme Courts.
Over the last ten years I have had time to read alot since I went disabled and computers make it very easy to do research and I have just grown very tired of reading all of our rights as Americans being taken away from us and most Americans are not saying or doing anything about it. I think the no smoking laws that are being shoved down our throats was the last straw. It was not the fact that non smokers wanted something done as much as there was no consideration at all given to the smokers. It is a one way law which in turn takes my freedon totally away and gives all of them to the non smokers. But that was not why I got up in arms. I have seen way to many other freedoms taken away from Americans because of non American beliefs and it seems that in every case it is some little minority group of specialist interest people that can manage to take away the rights of millions of Americans and they sit back and say nothing. Small lobbyiest groups that don't even represent 1/10 of 1% of people in this country have managed to alter the lives of millions upon millions of Americans approximately 86% has sat back on their heels and allowed this to happen and will continue to do so until we have no rights and no freedom left. I'm old and don't really care because I will be dead when this is finally done but I have children and Grand children and I do this to fight for their rights and their future. They are entitled to live with the same freedom and rights most Americans have enjoyed up until the past 10 to 15 years.
People just don't listen to what is going on in this country and our Government has planned it that way. They have got it figured that if we can keep Americans busy enough we can get this done and that done and make it law before any of them realizes what we are doing! Guess what folks it's working!!!!!!!
A short list that I have spoke about recently should be proof enough to what I am saying.
It all began with Prohibition back in the 1920s but the Government found that those people were not going to accept that law after about 10 years because bootlegging was invented and those people back then found a way around Prohibition the Government decided ok they will make it legal and just tax it and make money from it. Then 60 years later after all of those people that fought all of that are dead and new cries begin to appear. Now tobbaco Products are the target. They cause Cancer so we need to put all of these regulations on them because they are addictive. Illegal drugs are all addictive and illegal. Has ayone ever wondered why they don't just make Cigarettes illegal. MONEY!!! they make way to much money in Federal and State taxes to make them illegal and they know that the Bootleggers will just start back up and people will smoke anyway and they will lose all of those tax revenues. They don't care about the people that are getting Cancer. If they did they would make them illegal. Besides that there are according to our Government so many other causes of Cancer that cigarettes does not even rate as the top 5 in causes.
Now on to another freedom we have lost which by the way is the most important of all. GOD HAS BEEN TAKEN FROM US!!!!!! Our Fore Fathers (the people that formed our Government) chose to give GOD the credit for our freedom and said that the future of this great nation would be built on the pillars of GODS great graces and it would stand as one nation under GOD, Indivisable with Liberty and Justice for ALL. It would be a Land of freedom from repression and equal rights for all Americans. God became the strength that gave us reason to fight so hard to keep this great nation free. All of a sudden Our rights to have God in our Public places is offensive to someone. That someone was not even an American born person but was given citizenship from a foreign nation and once given citizenship gave them the same rights as Americans to a point but not quite all but that is changing fast also. God became the target because they know our strength comes from him. They find a small group of Lobbyists known as the ACLU and they tell them that Prayer in school is offensive to their child and it violates their childs rights so they petition the Supreme Courts of Civil rights violations of that one child and because no one else spoke up against it Prayer to GOD was stopped in that school. There were 27 American children in that class along with that one other foreign child and not one American parent from those other 27 students spoke out in protest. Why you say. Because those 27 other parents are part of the SILENT MAJORITY. Well you know where that one decision has taken it.
No Prayer is allowed in any school in the country,
The Ten Comandments written by the finger of GOD and handed down by GOD to guide us are being ordered removed from all Government Buildings and front lawns,
Just recently the ministers and preachers that pass on the word of GOD are now being sensored and not allowed to preach on certain scriptures with in the confines of the Holy Bible written by GOD and JESUS and handed down to help guide us through life because they have been declared by the Supreme Court the United States as being hate crime related. The Preachers and Ministers can be arrested for talking about the scriptures of Homosexuality and how GOD dealt with it. Now I am sure that GOD did hate the actions of this because he saw fit to destroy whole cities full with this sin. Should we hold GOD accountable for his hate crimes also? That is almost what is being done when you muzzle the word of GOD by his Ministers and Preachers.
Now we are facing the smoking -non smoking issues which also effects persons on both sides and it seems that again our Government has saw fit to just take it upon them selves to pass down laws to effect some people on both sides. One is in complete harmony with the decision while the other has had their civil rights denied but again another freedom is lost. The freedom of choice. Now we have lost Prayer in schools, Preachers being able to preach, The writings of God in our countries highest offices and buildings gone or going, smoking in public businesses and even in parking lots out doors in many places.
We are now allowing non American born citizens to be elected to Government offices such as the Governor of California.
We are at war with with a people that follow another GOD other than our GOD and are allowing them to be elected to powerful Government offices at a time when security is of the utmost importance to this country. (Congressman in Minnesota that follows a Muslim beliefs that says all Infidels should be killed, imprisoned or enslaved)
For those of you that are not sure, everyone born American is an Infidel in the eyes and beliefs of Islam and Muslim. That means they plan on killing us and Americans are voting them into office and other Americans are allowing them to stay there without saying a word.
To the last issue I do want to apologize the most because I realize that many non smokers should not be forced to absorb second hand smoke. But the other issues are just examples of what has been given up by all of the American people which according to stats is still the majority at present time. Forced to give up these civil rights for the cries of a very small minority special interest group of people with some not even being born here but given a citizenship after moving here. If this is allowed to continue then before long we will not be a free nation and a free America, but a nation of dicatorship.
Well I will close my last post on any issues that do not pertain to fishing on this site with this.
I do apologize to anyone that I may have offended during my ranting and raving about Freedom and Civil Rights and anything else I may have said or done to offend anyone. I will from now on post about fishing or soft plastic baits and keep business here to what the site is and that is fishing. I love fishing so lets talk fishing.

Softy i find your post to be educational and enlighting and i don't think you need to apologize to anybody. If they don't like the program change the channel. I think a lot of people are afraid to stand up for their freedoms they will say i'm behind you but when you turn and look they have all dissapeared and after awhile you get tired of trying to fight the battle alone but you do the best you can and hope others eyes will be opened to whats happening to our country.
