the problem is more than likely the control module under the petal. you can take it to the crappie hole in chapin of porttronic in greenville. would call to see who has it in stock. this is a sealed unit and you cannot get to the componants to repair only replace. If you let a dealer install most give a longer warrenty. If you buy and install it is yours when you walk out the door. Good luck. only takes obout 15 mins to install. Minka has a updated version of the module.

sounds to me like you have accidently hit the switch that makes it go wide open all the time...one position is C (continuous) themiddle positon, only runs when button pushed and the one with the rabbit,, check it out...
I'm not being a smart arse... sometimes people make mistakes.... Like pulling you kill switch and not knowing it///

What kind of warranty do they usually give with that board for future reference?thanks

It was the circut board under the foot pedal. Mark{the crappie hole} put a new updated version in. He fixed it in about 30 min. The board cost $200, but luckly the trolling motor was still under warrinty.

Thanks for the info.Thats the only thing left to go out on mine.Ive replaced everything else under warranty.tight lines
