ive yet to find the best deal on the best batteries, ive been usin the optimas for two years now and im happy with them (mantaince free & long life ) any one know any good deals on prenium trollin batteries let us know cause im needin a set for my local water boat, there proud of them degum optimas, they seem to be goin up since i bought my last ones.... :shock: ....shotcaller, ive been hookin my depth finders to one startin & the other to trollin battery

Shot--------I've run the big yellow MAX batteries from Wal-Mart and had very little trouble----change um every 18 months or so and they're still only $65------all my accessaries are hooked to my cranking battery-------I hook a charger to the cranker about every 2 months to keep it at peak power and they seem to last forever----also cut the main power switch off after each trip to avoid drainage------Monk :wink:
