Fog all over the place to start with!
Temperature guage in truck going over there was any where from 19 to 26 degrees!
Made it up to the mouth of Murray and birds diving, but didn't see any fish?
Dang Ice all over the boat! Ice in the eyes on the rod!
Cast the spoon and the buck tails all around there and no bite.
Went in the back and didn't see any thing happening.
Cranked up the Big Johnson and put the hammer down up the lake to fishing creek.
We going bass fishing instead of chasing these birds and no fish.
Rods been fishing with frozen from the ride up!
Damn you got to LOVE IT!
Went back to the power line and started out.
Picked up two on CR on green pumpkin red flake finese worm on a rocky point on west bank in the sun. We staying here and warming up.
Picked up the silver & black Hot-n-Tot and started down the bank two JACK fish!
Two more on the next point on the CR and changed over to # 5 Glass shad rap.
Started down another bank with wood and rocks on the west side and two on the
# 5 shad rap.
Next point out on main lake with rocks and wood picked up another two on the shad rap.
Craig caught the biggest one on CR. green pumpkin red flake finese 2.39 lb.s
I caught the next biggest one on the # 5 shad rap 2.04 lbs.
Best 5 weighed in at 8.04 lbs.
