one day they bite..the next they don't...have had some success on main points, and
in creeks too. I hear the boys fishing lower end have done much better in the grass...some nice sacks, 14-18 lbs past couple weeks.

I spent a few hours pulling that grass off my baits without getting even a sniff. I'm sure they are there though. I'll give it another shot next week, though

I feel a lot better in the dirtier water where I can some reaction bites. I'll have to check it out next weekend up there. This weekend I'm at the mercy of my boater in the bfl, and hopefully that'll be on top of a 15 lb sack, haha

has anyone tried to fish the grass like they do in Fl (punching through and fishing the bottom of the grass or under the grass)?? i havent wasted much time on it.. but what little i have done i wasnt scucessful.. i was just wondering if it was worth spending some time learning how to do it???
