Gang wanted to give you a heads up on Sambo Irvines Boat ramp it will be closed starting on September 15, 2008. Not sure if it is being sold or what but you will no longer be able to put in there. If I find out any more info, I will pass it on.

Rumor out that somebody from North Carolina is looking at Sambo's. Could be a good place for the right group. Enough room for a hotel on the water location.

I was told today by a friend that has rented a space for years at Sambo's that it was the result of a family fund and that the property was being divided up between the family members, but that none of them were interested in selling any of it.
