i had a great time. i wish i had some good info to give . my crank bait bite just left me in the dark. managed only 2 bass and a handfull of white bass. fish came in about 5 foot of water. big fish on shallow luckycraft auro black other one on a red rattle trap. one near trussel one in hidden lake.

Heck of a time.....Thanks for put'n out the effort. Fish'n suxed but it sure was a nice day....to bad they allready got a lake named SUCsesion...be a good name for Green-muck!!

Once again I ventured in the valley of the itty-bitty #5, determined to catch big fish on big baits.......WRONG the itty-bitty smoked my butt again!!!!

I've fought the itty-bitty for the last time, if I make it back next year I'm going to the valley of the itty-bitty w/ 2 tied on!!!!!! They say, If you can't beat them....Join them...think I will.

Lesson in karma.... This morning M-13 loaned me a itty-bitty and told me where he was going. Glad y'all caught them.....better luck next time Phone-dawg!!! LOL

My fish came off a spoon DEEP...lost the school. Got several short fish on JB, #5 an a tiny LC plug. Never got a nibble on JnP or Spinny bait.....CYA

Thanks to Monk for a well organized TX

We were supposted to fish rip-rap and rocks after catching five, but the first spot was so loaded with bait, we fished shallow (less than 10 feet) most of the day.

Fish #1: SR #5 @ 7:00 a.m. in 8'
Fish #2: T-rig finess worm @ 9:00 a.m. in 18" on brush
Fish #3: swim bait @ 10:00 a.m. in 8'
Fish #4: spot remover @ 10:30 a.m. in 12'
Fish #5: T-rig finesse worm @ noon in 6' (big fish)

lost a big fish on the swim bait, had about 4 other bites and caught one additional keeper that would not cull our shortest fish. No consistent pattern other than there was always plenty of shad nearby.

Congrats to the winners and placers. Sorry we had to leave before the food. My wife called and was not feeling very well, right now a 3 year old is more than she can handle all day long. But we had a great time and it was nice to finally meet some of the guys. We will be back to donate some more.
