We had 28 Teams that joined us and breaved the rain and thunder. The bite was very tuff but the Anglers managed to Weigh In 79.14 lbs of Bass.

A bit late to post but congrats. to all who caught fish and those that placed. Thanks for putting this on Jerry and it was a great event you hosted as always. Glad to hear also that some $$ was raised. Win or loose this was for a great cause. Hope you'll do it again next year you can count my boat in already.

Our day started with a 2+ # striper fishing a point which was the wrong bass. Had several other short but vicious strikes on the popper back in coves/creeks. Had a 3+ # come off half way to the boat she bit the popper. Several short fishes too. My biggest catch of the day 4+ # off shakey head about 1 hour till weigh in she came unbutton right when we was about to net it. Put in a keeper about 1.5+ # off shakey head. Didn't even bother bringing it to the scale. Pop had one come off half way to the boat she bit a CR. Broke off what felt like a nice one with JnP fishing brushes got me wrapped bad so had to cut my line. Our day was plagued with lots of missed fishes or short strikes. That's fishing for you.
