Anybody else notice that some of the cover has been killed around the banks?

Well I guess the grass crap were not working fast enough.

I think the lake managers and guys that spray for bugs have been spraying some kind of chemical to kill the grass that was growing around the banks in certain coves.

Plus it looks like they are not going to stop pulling water.

Just when the water starts to cool and the fish will start bting they start draining the lake.

Yes I noticed it sat in our club touney. Must have happened this week because the grass was green last sat. David

just got a "greenwood" county treasurer notice to pay a $50 permit fee for my little 8' flat dock which in another couple days will probably be over muck without any water. This must be the new way to raise $ to take care of the lake?

that grass carp will strip every good grass in that lake. dont care how deep they are just like a goat with fins. just look what its done to lake murray . went from a hero to a zero.

QUICK Boogerman get up a couple of buckets full of that hydrilla and run it up to Russell....We need it bad!!!!! We ain't got a bankfull of rich Yankmies to beach about it.....yet.

Get us some grass and learn how to fish it just don't let them Lownsville boys find out about it....You think grass carp is tuff on weed....them boys will have it drug out dryed and smoked-up in a week! LOL
