The County and The Lake Managers are pushing a law and trying to make it illegal for anyone to build a brush pile out in open water. I heard this rumor and talk the other day. They saying you can still place it around your dock or pier, but no more allowed to be dropped out in open water, unless THE DNR are the ones putting them in and marking them. Just wondering if any of you guys with docks have been told this by the lake managers?

Ya'll got a couple of County Commissioners that something that stupid would not surprise me one bit.

Did they ban "move'n" them?? I've been taught that it's easier to let somebody else build it then you find it & move it where you need it...LOL This system would alow you to assemble one shallow water next to your buddys dock then move it out to the secret spot....CYA

Hey we already have a couple of good ole boys out there on the lake that would put one in and if they caught you fishing it, they would move it. A bunch of people kept them busy.

They have almost come to blows over it, cause they felt if they spent all that time building it, they were the only ones suppose to fish it.

I've heard of that before....that's why you pinch a split shot on a toothpick...when you find a wood pile you just ADD to it & Walla!!! You got WOOD too!! LOL CYA
