No Rain and Lake is dropping like a rocket, looks like it's down about 3 feet. Starting to see bottom in a number of the shallow coves. Boy I wish we could get the Lakes Dredged out like they are doing in Charleston. It would help the lakes, the recreation and the Wildlife, but I guess I will never see the Government Care about any thing in my life unless, PETA, EPA or DHEC wants it done.

Yep, I drove thru Moons and Lighthouse last weekend, and Lake Bowen is shrinking fast. Hope this storm in the gulf comes up and helps with a long heavy downpour. The downside is, with the storm in the gulf which may help the rain situation, gas prices will rise due to the affect on gulf drilling. I'll pay for the gas, LET IT RAIN.

Lake came back up a couple of inches after the rain last week, but looks like they are still pulling water. Can't put the boat in at the neighborhood ramp.
