Okay went across Cothrans bridge this morning and boats all over the place up next to upper tressel. The birds diving and peoples casting. Who is up there from the site catching fish. Plus looked down the Lake toward the mouth of Cokers Cove and more boats. Must be out there waiting on the schooling fish. Must be dropping a spoon down for perch, crappie, bass and what ever. If you are out on G-Wood looks like this is the places to be. Bunch of trailers at Old Reeders Place. Good Luck!

Was out a few hours on Friday and there were a few boats..birds...but didn't do much of anything..small white perch..no stripers or LM on Friday...but hey, one day to the next it can change..did manage 1 lm on cb after giving up on spoon..left at 11am..and when I got back to the landing there were about 4 boats hanging orund the 72 bridge..then up at the upper RR tressell about 3...

Great, must be a timing thing, cause a bunch of boats in those areas just about every day.

me and sr5 went down yesterday and there was so much bait that you couldnt cast without hooking shad on every other cast, fish must have been stuffed,only caught one good largemouth about 2 1/2 but found some stripers pushing bait up on the bank and caught 4 good ones between 4 and 6. had fresh striper for supper. didnt stay but a couple of hours, fished mainly up rabon creek. largemouth came on a crankbait, stripers came on a rattle trap. water temp was 48.7. going back down one day this week, will post report after.

Keep it up, put the blade to all of them. Cause the reports around the Lake they are not any Stripers in Greenwood Lake anymore.

My neighbor and I went this past sunday to greenwood and fished the upper end of the lake and felt like we had the lake to our self's, not a boat in sight all day! Anyway we caught 10 (large mouth's) all together includding one 4 or 5 lbs stripper. Caught them all on crank bait.

Figured the cb bite was coming on. Were the fish shallow or still on the edges? Heading there saturday and hoping to get on 'em.
