My brother blew the motor (again) and asked me to find him a nice used one (150 HP or 175 HP) Within 24 hours he called me and said he found a Yamaha four stroke 250 HP for under 10K. It's overseas and they offer free shipping. Someone please send me an email and let me know if this is ligit. You can go to yamahaoutboard-sales.com and see tons of motors for 40 to 50% off.

He will never see a motor! Once your money is wired all communications will stop. Guaranteed! There are tons of good used motors here in the states. I personally like to see the face attached to the hand my money is going to. Good Luck! :angry:

Just a quick update on the web site where my brother found the motors.... He tried to contact them several times via emails and even attempting to order one of the motors. Got absolutely no response! No return emails and no reply to his attempt at an order. So who knows??

yes lots of scams - not saying this is one of them but its hell if something goes wrong. Little to no communication its a serious gamble.
