Cowboy's is on Hartwell Saturday (5/19/17) at Twin Lakes. We always have a good turnout for this tournament and I expect around 35 boats. However, I do want to remind you guys that this is a CLOSED tournament and membership is required. The dues are only $25 per person and the entry is also $25. (per boat) Contact me prior to the event and I'll send you a membership form along with a copy of the Rules.

Lake Hartwell - Twin Lakes Landing
Saturday, March 24th
Safe light till 3:00 pm (please be in the water before safelight)
5 fish - 12 inch minimum - bag limits
No live bait - No trolling

All state and local laws apply

The club pays out 3 places and big fish during each event (1st, 2nd, 3rd & Big fish) regardless of the number of boats. I pay out 100% of the Big Fish entry and 80% of the remaining monies. The remaining cash, and all membership dues, are saved to be paid out in the Championship at the end of the year.

There is also a side bet that some of the guys get into. It's a SIX POUND pot that cost $10 per boat / per tournament and it keeps building until someone catches a bass that is 6 lbs or better during one of our closed tournaments. This pot was busted at our last event on Lake Keowee so it will starting fresh at this tournament.

Well, there goes another "old man" moment. I listed the year as 2017 and the date as March 24. Somebody just shoot me!!!

Of course it's 2018 and the date is Saturday, May 19th. Come out and catch some fish with us and ignore the old man.

Just wanted to bump this up on the site because I've received a lot of calls in the last few days. Membership is required but it is only $25 per person and the entry fee is another $25 (per team / boat) I will be set up to start registration a little after 5am at the Twin Lakes rest rooms. If you're interested please shoot me an email and I will send you the 2018 Schedule, Rules, and a membership form.
