...seems you have to have a Saltwater fish'n permit now...and I see where they got all sorts of limits and some fish you can't keep.....I ain't real sure I could name 3 salt water fish.....LOL CPR I guess FB me CYA

Think if you fish off the pier you don't need one but have to pay the man to use his dock so you're covered. Flounder, Blue Fish, Mackeral, sharks, and tuna fish. I prefer snappers.

Offshore catch limits are being debated this week in Charleston by the Southeast Offshore Fisheries Mgmt Council (think I got the title right), more legislation??
