Hey guys
Taking my family to Jocassee for vacation in August. Will be taking the boat and want to do some fishing. Would appreciate any advice you might be able to share. Not looking for honey holes, just recommended depths, techniques, structure types, etc.
Thanks for any help you may be able to offer.

I've only been up in the fall but this is prob one of my favorite lakes if for no other reason than its beauty. I've always caught a few on crankbaits ( american shad color ) and on shakey heads w. a green pumpkin finesse worm casting up to the waterfalls. The waters clear down to 30-40 feet so you can actually see the strike in some cases.
