I know this wasn't a posted tournament but I wanted to post the results of our End Of Year Championship we held on Lake Hartwell today. The 14 boats that fished today qualified to fish by either being the top 7 in points at the end of the regular season or by having perfect attendance in the 11 closed events we had this year. The weather today was awesome for fishing but the bass just didn't know it. My partner and I caught a dozen bass but didn't even have 5 pounds to weigh in. Here are the results...

1st place... Blackwell / Anders with 12.67 pounds that earned $1000
2nd place... Lesley / Tripp with 10.62 pounds for $750
3rd place... Swett / Danner with 7.55 pounds for $500
4th place... McJunkin / Harper with 7.25 pounds for $250
Big Fish... also went to Blackwell / Anders with a 4.43 pounder. Good for another $400

It was really a good year and I want to thank everyone that came out and fished with Cowboy's this season. We took in more members and had a much bigger payout than I had ever hoped for. If you're interested in checking out a club you can come and fish our fall tournaments. There will not be any membership requried for the next 6 tournaments. I'll post on SCLakes shortly.
