Fished Moss Monday 2 PM until 8 PM., surface water temp 56 deg. - alot of boat activity on the lake. Managed to landed 7 LM between waves ranging 1 - 6 lbs. All were taken on a very slow footballhead with 7" curly tail worm. Not a thing on the crank. Best of Luck.

Only go there ocassionally, sometimes parking is limited and I don't like crowded rams. When fishing Moss I have about 5 favorite spots. Have found several places where brush piles have been made in about 10 - 14' of water and I like to fish pockets near the points and deeper water. The water is normally clear on the lower half of the lake so cloudy days and the last couple of hours of daylight are most productive for me on that side. Last stradegy I use is to wach all of the high speed bass masters as they work the lake and wach for small spots they overlook. Lots of the time they miss the smaller places that hold fish because the rest of the area is flat on the bottom. Send be your number by PM and we will try to hit Moss or Blalock sometime this month or next.
