Hi everyone, Im not much for asking for help as I try to do everything myself. I had a cylinder go out on my 2007 250 pro xs due to a bad injector and after honeing the cylinder .002 I'm ready to install new piston, rings, bearings, and gaskets. I'm looking for torque spec's for the following. Head bolts. Bolts that hold the block to the mid-section (above the foot). Rod bolts. And bolts that hold the two halves of the block together. Like I said before, sorry I have to ask for help but I cant find anywhere on internet. Thanks in advance.

Call Don Weed at European Marine in Greenville. He can help you out. Most the info is in shop manuals on motors. I would hate to tell you a wrong spec. I don't have any Merc manuals handy. Good job getting this far with out a manual.
