Another good turnout for the club (30 boats) but somebody forgot to tell those Keowee spots to come out and play. There were only 7 limits caught and only 5 fish over 3 pounds today. My partner and I only had 6 bites all day but I did have two good fish (one over 5) get off before I could get them to the net. Both were on beds. The good news is that the tournaments went off really smooth with Palmetto and Cowboys out of the same ramp. No problems at all! We Results as follows.

1st place... Fordree / Scouler with 12.90 pounds.
2nd place... Simmons / Swett with 11.38 pounds
3rd place... Pelfrey / Smith with 10.72
Big Fish was 4.51 and it went to Simmons / Swett

Thanks to everyone for coming out today. And thanks to the 3 new members that signed up today.. That took the total membership up to 106. Pretty awesome. Hope to see all you guys in two weeks on Lake Hartwell. I expect the 6 pound pot to be buster there and that will mean an extra $700 for somebody.

I have 8 more tournaments left in the 2016 regular season and 2 of those are OPEN (July nights) to non-members if you're interested. At the end of the regular season I also have 8 fall tournaments on Lake Hartwell that are all non-member events and they run into the first week of December. I do these just for guys that want to check out the tournaments but not sure if they want to be in a club. Send me an email and I'll be glad to send you the schedules.
