Hey guys thought I would share some info.
Mary Black Surgical Services Bass Tournament
For the American Heart Association
Lake Bowen
Saturday, February 28th.
7am-12pm
$20 per person entry fee.
$5 goes to Big Fish payout
$5 goes to 1st place payout
$10 goes to American Heart Association
5 fish limit.
Can register at time of event.
Prizes for drawing donated by:
Hwy9 Auto Stop
Holden's Marine
Academy Sports
Bass Pro Shops
Southern Sportsman
and more.
Mutt's BBQ will be donating lunch!
Let me know who's coming.

It said $5 for 1st place is that all its paying? I asume that pending on how many people will be how many places you'll pay out? Thanks for the info..

Good questions.
It's really a solo event, I guess. It's $20 per person and a two person maxium per boat. Solo fishing is permitted.
Payouts: $5 of the entry fees goes towards payout for heaviest wt. with a 5 fish limit and $5 of the entry fee goes towards payout for biggest bass caught. There is no payout for any other place. The remaining money is to be donated to The American Heart Association.
I'll be happy to email you the rules, as I can't seem to post them.
