The best thing to do is register at the store. If you haven't been there before, its on your right side across from Citgo Gas Station on your way to Lake Bowen off hwy. 9

I heard thru the grapevine on Saturday 03-07-09 that David is thinking about raising the number of boats to around 55 to 60 so more can fish in this Tournament.

Has anyone else heard this.?

Wow news to me. Either or I'm shooting for a donation :thumbs_up: . The only way I can get 2nd place is if there were only 2 boats :lol: :lol: . But WOW 60 fishing, plus others, and pleasure boaters on Bowen, will look like the Atlanta traffic I'm stuck on every morning, :wink: .

It would be nice if they would shut the lake down to everybody except those in the tourny. I was fishing a dock this saturday and a guy pulls betwixt me and the dock :angry: . Oh boy I was ready to fight. There are some real morons out there just riding around.
IMO David needs to leave it at 50 thats a bunch of boats.

I agree, 50 boats is a good number for little 'ol Bowen. I don't think we need anymore boats for the SSC TX. It will be a mad house with all the boat traffic.
