I was told today by my buddy that knows hank parker, That garmin was going to get out of the fish finders and only stay with the gps and plotter models.(Hank said).I don't know if they will still service the units that they already sold.I'll try to get more info.

I was told by a good friend at Garmin that they are coming out with a new depthfinder & are not getting out of the business.

Well I hope your source is true because, I like my garmin and hate to have to change to something different.
