I then had them install a total of 400 ft of line. I wanted to ensure that there would be no problems down the road. To this day we have not had any problems either.

•Power is by SCE&G & it averages between 130.-175 per month.

•Heat is electric.
•Trash service runs ever week on Wednesday or you have a recycle center 2 miles from the house.
•5 boat landings within 2 miles add 4 more within 15 miles
•No pine trees on lot
•All hardwood, mainly Hickory & white oak. Dog Wood trees are everywhere & are beautiful in the spring with their blooms & in the fall with their changing colors.
•All shrubs are in good health & require very little care.
•There is a pink confederate rose bush on the corner by the deck. It is very healthy & grows over 16ft tall. (right above the roof line of the house)

Congrat's on the sell.

We close on our house this Friday in Ache'n ourselves...... start the move on Saturday. Wrench-Monkey will need a new apprentice soon ....... he'll take applications as soon as he gets back.
