See my report from the 12th... "15 or 16# won the SMOT, 15 or 16 won another club and 10 won a third club. All were out of Lake Springs about the same time for weigh in. Heard flukes, crankbaits, jerkbaits, worms, tackleboxes, etc caught them. Saw two 6#ers."
There were A LOT of fish being caught that day. I think 2nd place in the SMOT that day was only like 1lb behind. I could be wrong though. Remembering two weeks ago isn't the easiest.
Keep an eye on the Augusta Chronicle. They list all the upcoming tournaments in the fishing section and all the clubs report their catches for monthly tourneys.

Next: Saturday out of Wildwood Park. The tournament's Classic will be held on Feb. 16. Entry fee is $33 per team, $30 for individuals. Each team member must fish at least five tournaments to qualify for the Classic entry fee of $50. Non-qualifiers must pay a $500 entry fee. The big fish must be 61/2 pounds or larger.
